Received the wrong Rainbow Six Vegas 2 code. Anyone else?

I preordered the new rainbow six game on xbox one. I have just received two xbox live messages with codes for Vegas 1 and Vegas2 on 360.

The code in both the text messages is exactly the same. It the code for Vegas 1. So now I have not received the code for Vegas 2.

Been on a text chat with xbox support who tried to pass the buck to Ubisoft. I phoned Ubisoft while still in the text chat and they said it's up to the retailer meaning Microsoft to supply the correct code. So now got to wait and hope MS sort this out in
24hours as promised.

Has anyone else received the wrong vegas 2 code?

Missing Rainbow Six Vegas Code with purchase of Siege Gold

I received the code for Rainbow Six Vegas 2 but never received the code for Rainbow Six Vegas.

I bought rainbow six siege gold edition and never received my codes for rainbow six vegas one or rainbow six vegas 2.

Never mind.

MS support never got back to me so I've cancelled the pre-order. Poor customer service

Warning to anyone thinking of pre-ordering the game on the console to get the free rainbow six games, you might get the wrong code and support staff can't do anything about it but cancel the pre-order.

I received Rainbow Six Vegas, but no code for Vegas 2

The promotion is supposed to give you redemption codes for both rainbow six Vegas and rainbow six Vegas 2 for Xbox 360. While I received two separate messages (one for each game) the codes were the same and actually only applied for rainbow six vegas; I
checked the store and it shows rainbow six vegas already purchased but not rainbow six vegas 2. So the message I received for rainbow six Vegas 2 is missing a valid redemption code. How do I resolve this? I contacted customer support and they provided me with
a link that directed me here.

Same thing happened to me. I received both of my messages separately, each containing codes from pre-ordering Rainbow Six Siege, one saying it was for Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and the other for Rainbow Six Vegas 2, but both codes are the same and when used they
each give a digital copy of Vegas 1. I would like a valid code for Rainbow Six Vegas 2.

I purchased the pre-order of Rainbow Six Siege for xbox one on September 24. As a bonus for pre-ordering this game, I was to receive codes for the two Rainbow Six Vegas games (1 & 2) playable on xbox 360.

I received 2 messages today, one meant for each game. However, the code in both messages were the
exact same, which was for Rainbow Six Vegas 1.

I have no code to redeem for Rainbow Six Vegas 2.
