Received the same same code for two different quest rewards

Hi I ended getting the same code for two separate rewards from the monthly quests. On 2/22/2018 I got an Xbox Live Gold 1 Month code [Code Removed by Mod]. The next month I ended up contacting support for a reward I didn't receive and was sent the same
code on 3/12/2018. I didn't know it was the same code until I was redeeming them all at once and noticed one wasn't working. Was hoping to get some help with this? Thank so much

Duplicate Quest Reward

Hi,

I received the same reward for the November 2017 and December 2017 quests, both were a code for the same game. I was wondering if there was a way to get another reward for the duplicate code?

Completed January Xbox quest, didn't receive prize

Same. Received my Game Pass quest reward, not the Xbox Live Gold reward though.

To clarify, were you in contact with our Chat or Phone teams, previously? Did you receive the code on 3/12 via email? If so, can you reply with a screenshot of that email?

 

I posted a forum asking for help with the one code and the messages were sent from the Xbox Live message section. I have a pic of both messages.
