    Received rewards credits which supposed not to receive them, what should I do?


    Hello,

    I tried to purchase Surface Pro 4 from
    microsoft.com     few weeks ago but after checking out my order was declined, later tried again and the same happened it was declined too. So, I contact the support and was informed due the bank I deal with that canceled my orders. However, I bought Surface
    Pro 4 locally.

    Today I found that I received the "Microsoft Store Xbox One S Offer" twice from Xbox Live Reward program and rewards were credited to my account. What should I do? Can I use these credits?

    Missing 10,000 points for Xbox Design Labs Controller

    Regarding your Credits, it looks like we received your order twice, which is why it was Rewarded twice, so it was a bug on our end. Don't worry about it! Enjoy the extra Credits! We will not remove Credits once they have been deposited. Thanks for letting

    Then you did receive what you were supposed. As I said earlier, as a rewards member you're supposed to receive the 15,000 credits instead of the $10 gift code. Anyone who is not a Rewards member would receive the $10 code. The microsoftstore.com emails were
    never updated to show the rewards offer, but that is per the terms of the offer.

    There was an Xbox Rewards offer to receive 15,000 credits ($15) if you purchased a controller between December 1 and December 17. The credits should have shown as pending about 15 days after the controller shipped. If you don't see them on the Rewards site,
    you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum in order for Rewards support to check into it for you.

    Otherwise, the Microsoft Rewards program was offering 5,000 points which you would receive about 14 days after the controller shipped. You would need to contact their customer support if that is the offer you're looking for credits from.
