Received previously redeemed code for Halo 3: ODST

I received a code from Xbox though my Xbox One for a code for Halo 3: ODST campaign for the Halo: MCC. When I went to redeem the code, I was informed the code had already been used less than a day after I received the message. I contacted Xbox support to
try to resolve the issue to see if maybe I could get another code so I could play it. After a brief and polite conversation with support, all was needed was a picture of the code given to me as proof and now they are going to contact the Halo team. Turns out
the code I received had been redeemed beforehand. So hopefully my issue will be resolved soon and I will get to play some more Halo! Thank you for your support Xbox!

Code for ODST expired, need new code for Halo 3: ODST MCC

I had previously received a code from Xbox Live for a free Halo 3: ODST to accompany my Halo Master Chief Collection, however the message expired before I ever redeemed the code. If you could please resend my code, that would be much appreciated.

Missing Halo ODST download code from Halo MCC eligibility

Same here. My Halo 3: ODST campaign download code has expired. I would like to get the Halo 3: ODST Campaign download code. I couldn't download it at the time and it ran out before I could redeem it.

To his point, my friend ALifeOnceLostX1 did not get a code at all. I received mine and redeemed without issues but he doesn't have a code to download Halo 3: ODST.

Please send a download code to his gamertag via XBL Message. Him and I both have the Halo: Master Chief Collection.

Halo 3: ODST was not included as part of the Master Chief Collection. There was a redemption code sent out for it for some users of MCC as a make-good, which added the single-player version of ODST to the MCC. If you redeemed it then, then it would be available
as DLC on the account that redeemed it.

Go to My Games & Apps -> Games -> Halo MCC and press Menu, then choose Manage Game. If this account redeemed it, it will appear in "Ready to Install".

If you own the Xbox 360 version of Halo 3 ODST, you can install the single-player version through back-compat.

Are you talking about the Game Pass promo where you had to play Halo MCC and then received ODST dlc as the reward? I don't believe the code was for ODST directly and more like a $5 gift card code that you could get ODST after. These codes do expire so
I'm not sure when the expiration date/time but you should double check your messages on xbox or even Xbox app on mobile to see if you could still redeem the code.
