Received my third Xbox Elite 2 Series controller - Buttons double click

Hello. I'm quite frustrated as I just received my third Xbox Elite 2 series controller, that as you know is considered a premium control with a hefty price tag.

The problem with this one, as all the other ones that I got replaced, is that the buttons double click when they should not. To be more specific, consider the steps below:

1. Press down any button.

2. Wiggle it a little a bit while still being held down.

3. Release button.

Expected: One click was registered.

Actual: More than one click were registered.

As you may understand, this is incredibly annoying and ruins every competitive game, since of course the button is going to wiggle a little while being held down, I can't use it and instead falling back to my xbox 360 controllers that performs way better.
I expect you Microsoft, as a big company, to help out with this problem given the price tag, the least you can do is help me get my money back if this is a hardware issue. The alternative is if you fix with a firmware update, tweaking the deadzones or at least
give us the option to do so...
