    This appears to be a mistake in multiple charges. Either contact Support, who should be able to issue refunds for you, or you can also go through your bank and file a dispute for multiple charges when there should only have been one. They should also be
    able to settle it for you.

    Your best option would be to contact Xbox support and request a callback, then they will be able to help with the refund. support.xbox.com

    Have you tried to contact Xbox Support? They can usually assist you with billing issues.
