Hello.

We purchased 4200 Microdoft Points card (region - Russia), but received on our account only 2184 instead of 4200 or more, as was expected after reading FAQ about MP cards (Описание подарочных карт и кодов предоплаты).

2015 GDC Choice Award Nominations

I'm happy that Alien: Isolation was nominated, this game deserves way more recognition than it has received. But Destiny as a nominee for Game of the Year? Dragon Age: Inquisition snubbed? Is this a joke?

Smoke from Ethernet input (US console in the UK)

The only official source of power adapters is Microsoft. Microsoft Support should be able to provide a UK power brick for a nominal fee.

However, keep in mind that Microsoft points were discontinued 3 years ago. So it could be an issue with conversion.

Yeah, that's what I was pointing out. Gears should have been nominated if those games can be nominated. Heck, Gears probably has more replay value than all of them.

What do you mean my point? Seriously? You said games that don't change much from the previous installment shouldn't be nominated. So i said that no games on that list shouldn't be nominated if that was the case.

It might be, but there is no way we can tell. Hopefully yes, the game has been very well received and been nominated to a lot of awards.
