Received GOW4 BC codes, got error, now messages are gone

hello, I purchased GOW4 in November on the market place. The description said I was entitled to backwards compatible previous games. I never received a code. Yesterday all of a sudden there are 2 messages in my inbox with codes for GOW3 and judgement. When
clicking to redeem I get an error related to the language. I therefore changed the language to the one matching my account (nl/Dutch) and rebooted my xbox one. After reboot both messages were gone. These messages were available just for a single time and I
did not write down the codes. I wonder why they were not sent in November when I purchased the game in the first place. Can someone help me?

GoW Codes from GoW4 pre-sale

I bought GoW4 during the pre-sale, so I received two messages, apparently, the first one with two codes, for GoW and GoW2 each one, and the second with the codes for GoW3 and GoW Judgement. However, codes from first message were both for GoW, and the ones
from message two, were GoW3. I downloaded those two games, and now the other codes appear as already used.

Also, I got another message with a code for Operation Gears Pack, for GoW4, and appears like already used too!!!

GoW4 backwards compatible games codes lost

I purchased GoW4 as a digital download and i received the digital codes for the other 4 backwards compatible games in a message. But now the message deleted and i can't find these codes anywhere. Can someone help me please.

We appreciate you for bringing this up. If you are unable to see the codes on your console dashboard messages, you can also check them on
Xbox Message Center. After receiving the codes, we strongly suggest that you save a copy. Messages are retained for a maximum of 30 days, after which they are automatically deleted.

You can also contact Xbox Chat Support so they can verify the availability of the codes on your account.

What is the exact text of any error message you now receive, including the eight or twenty-four digit error or status code?

Same issue here. It appears to be any xbox one digital game on my side.

I tried a 360 BC game and it worked fine.

Error code is all the same for 3 games I've tried. GoW4, Destiny and Ryse.

Of course this happens on a public holiday...

I got the Xbox One S GoW4 bundle myself, but I got the codes like 3-5 business days after registering/redeeming my GoW4 code. They showed up in my Xbox msg system on my pc... not sure how it would show up on xbox I then redeemed them from my pc not the xbox
as I don't use the xbox it's something I got for my family (kids & wife). But I'm sure you can redeem via the xbox as well. If you did redeem the GoW4 game I'd think you should have received the codes, they aren't emailed they just show up in the msg'ing
center thingy.

I'm still waiting myself. My concern is that the promo ends on the 31st and I got my 1s for xmas and installed the game that day. Still no codes and I have checked the message center daily, as well as email for my live account. Nothing yet.
