Received error code 105.

Received error code E 105. Called support they had me erase everything and download from the cloud. At first the download froze and could not complete. Finally was able to achieve 100% download and the game played for awhile. Next day started it up figuring
everything fine and got repeat of error code. Called support again told since I had a refurbished xbox 1 warranty gone. Tech said it was a corrupted hard drive and that I could send it to you and get it serviced for $160.00, which is more than what I paid
for it. Talked to supervisor and offered to split the cost of repair but she blew me off. I have only had the machine since October of 17 and I think I shouldn't be having these problems. Any suggestions before I go out and buy a Playstation 4. Can I
get it serviced on my own?????

error in microsoft mahjong

I received an error code 101-105-101 while trying to load Microsoft mahjong. I've never had a problem loading it before. How do I get around this error code?

Support would make all the decisions on a repair including the cost. There is nothing that anyone in the forums can do to change that.

Hello, did you find any solution to this ? Because my son is having the same problem now.

My problem started when my system was acting like the left trigger was always being pressed, no issues with games but apps and the OS was acting up. After trying controller update and then system update I tried the reset option to keep my games and apps
that's when it hit me. tech support has been useless, even tried the offline update and its gets stuck at 53% applying update step. To make matters worse when I called xbox I keep getting my calls disconnected. Hope they are able to fix this soon.

Troubleshoot Xbox One startup errors
- E 105
- Restore your console to factory defaults
- If the issue persists, Your console needs to be repaired.
