    Received comms ban on console, but cannot see any reason on enforcement.xbox.com


    Today I received a comms ban on my Xbox One; I'm not sure entirely why. However, when I log into enforcement.xbox.com, there are no active bans listed -- and hence I cannot see why I was banned, nor challenge this ban.

    Given that the ban is for over 6 months, I'm pretty concerned about this. Any ideas what is going on?

    The suspension is not listed in my Enforcement History, but I received messages through Xbox Live informing me of it, and I lost voice communications in the game I was playing. The maddening thing about this is, with nothing listed in Enforcement History,
    I'm unable to request a case review -- or even know why I was suspended.

    Thanks for the suggestion about contacting chat support, I will try following up with them.

    I'm absolutely logging into the correct account -- I can see the same email address in the account info (top right) as I received the notice of enforcement email at. But there is still nothing listed under the Enforcement History section (apart from prior,
    resolved enforcements) -- and I still do not understand why I was banned.

    Shortly before the ban (a few minutes) a user told he was reporting me for cheating, but I assumed this was just trash talk and/or his not understanding the perks on the weapon I was using (Destiny 2 was the game).

    Is it possible that he somehow hacked the reporting system? A longshot, but I can't otherwise understand why nothing is showing up in the Enforcement History (thereby preventing me from requesting a review). I also find the short turnaround between my interaction
    with him and the ban rather suspicious.
    I doubt that the someone "Hacked" into the reporting system, It might be just a bit of logging issue with them try again within 24 hours. See if that has refreshed it. It does sound rather odd but I am sure it will appear. Also check your emails incase there
    is a email there saying why.

    If you’re unsure why your suspension was decided, please review your Enforcement History, which includes the type of violation associated with each enforcement action.

    You also have the option to check with the chat support to inquire if there is an enforcement action on your account and for how long. They can't assist with the enforcement actions, however they should be able to inform you on the actions present in your
