Received both Alan Wake codes but PC Quantum Break doesn't work.

Both of my Alan Wake codes worked and I have played the games. I received my PC Quantum Break code but for some reason I keep getting and error code,

SVC60016. I understand that it tells me to try again later but it's been two days and I'm still without my Quantum Break for the PC.d

I bought Quantum Break 24 days ago but have not received the Alan Wake American Nightmare. But I received Alan Wake and Quantum Break PC codes.

Date of Purchase: 3/31/2016.

I bought quantum break and was suppose to get the pc and the xbox one verison, plus alan wake. I only received the alan wake game, haven't gotten the pc code yet.
