    If I follow what you are saying, then I can tell you that to receive the PUBG with your Xbox One X console purchase, you must have purchased the bundle that included the game itself. Anyone who purchased the X console without the PUBG game bundle will not
    receive the game.

    We also have 2 Xbox in our house and I have set my home Xbox as our secondary and our main Xbox one X is the home console of my spouse. Since we mostly play on the Xbox One X anyways, we can play both games that she purchased on her profile and my games
    also without having to log in both profiles.

    We have two consoles in the house - an Xbox One X and an Xbox One S in the kids room. I have no trouble chatting with them (either via game chat or party chat)
