Received an XBL message with game redemption code and i accidentally deleted it.. :(

Hello,

I was wondering if there is anyway to get back a message that had a game redemption code? i was testing out the new xbox experience, and accidentally mass deleted all of my messages, which one included a game code. is there anyway to have the code resent?

Thank you!

:)

Deleted message with gears of war 4 redemption codes for previous gears of war games

Hi, I accidentally deleted the message contains the redemption codes in. Can anyone help?

Gears of War 4 code sent in messages and deleted before use

I received a message for a Gears of War 4 code and I accidentally deleted it before I was able to use it.

Hi there!

I hope you are well.

Unfortunately, once XBL messages are deleted, they cannot be retrieved.

If the message was from a friend, you could ask them to send it again. If it was from Xbox, then unfortunately it cannot be resent (as far as I am aware).

I hope this helps (and sorry if this is disappointing news!).

Hey, joshuaewing! What game was the code for? We may be able to look into it to see if we can recover that for you.

Thank you so much for looking into it! I had pre-ordered Fallout 4 on the Xbox One, and the code was for Fallout 3 as part of the bundle.

I actually have literally the exact same problem. Can you lend me a hand as well?

Hey, guys! Sorry about the delay in response here, Josh. I have sent you both private messages. You can view them
