i recieved a code for ea access from xbox live 2 or 3 days ago. it had already expired on 14/10. i purchased fifa 17, could you replace the code please.

My FIFA 17 EA Access Promo Code Expired

I pre-ordered FIFA 17 and received a code for one month trial to EA Access. However, I didn't redeem it immediately as I was already an EA Access member for about another month or so and I had heard the codes for EA Access don't stack, so I didn't want
to risk overwriting my EA Access membership.

Today I went to redeem my FIFA 17 promo code, but it said it expired 10/14/2016 and it didn't work.

Any way to get a new one month EA Access trial code?

As stated in the message you received, the codes will expire on a specific date. Unfortunately we are unable to provide a replacement code after the codes have expired. Please be sure to redeem the codes as they come in to avoid surpassing the expiration
date.

As mentioned in the message you received, the EA Access codes do expire after the date that is detailed in the Xbox Live message you received. Once a code has expired, we are unable to replace the code. Please be sure to redeem any codes that come in to
