Received a chat suspension for no reason

My account was suspended for reasons unknown to me, not too long ago I tried to message my brother when I got informed of said suspension although I checked my account and saw that I had a good record as well as the fact that my last sent message was to
my brother telling him that I was online

I received a double suspension for no reason.

On my main account TTPXDIMEZ I have received 2 undeserved suspensions I received a communications ban and now a harassment ban how can I harass someone when I’m suspended Xbox I need to talk to someone about getting this removed and soon cause it’s not fair
and now I can’t even play online either because of this please help thx.

at any time for past offenses.

A player may be offline (or playing single player) at the time of the suspension, but his or her online status at that particular moment may have no bearing on the reason behind the enforcement. If you receive a suspension and are not sure why it occurred,
please check the email sent to your Microsoft Account or view your
Enforcement History on enforcement.xbox.com.

Sorry the enforcement team does not follow these forums. You can contact support by phone and they can see if there are any actions on your account that are not showing up on the enforcement site

 

The enforcement team don't use the forums.

You do not get suspended for "no reason".

Due to the time it takes to investigate any report you would of been suspended for something you did weeks ago or longer.

An email was sent to the address linked to your account telling you why or you can check on the enforcement site
here
