So i received a code for five dollars that i could only redeem in USA(I'm from México) So i changed region to USA in order to redeem the code, now i only have the 5 dollars whenever i change back region to USA, but i want that money be in my Mexico credit,
is there any day you can help me?

Wrong Amount for 3 Month Subsription

Hello,

On the 27th of June, I bought a three month of Xbox Live Subsription as it said I would recieve a 10 dollar promotional gift card. Today I received a message from Xbox Live, giving me only a 5 dollar gift card. I bought the three months to get the $10, not
a $5 dollar gift card. Anyone know who to contact or when I will receive the extra 5 dollars? Also I have not redeemed the gift card yet.

Those are given out at random so not everyone will get one.

no, thats not how it works

if you have 12 months gold and you convert to ultimate using the 1 dollar offer, your 12 months gold converts to 4 months of ultimate + 1 month for the 1 dollar offer.

so you get 5 month of ultimate for 12 months of gold, if you cancel you lose the lot.

I believe you're referring to the Microsoft Rewards program, not the Xbox Rewards program. If that is the case, you will need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.

Otherwise, there are no Xbox Rewards offers to receive 1 credit for every dollar spent. In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive
VIP rebates.
