Received 11 xbox one x welcome email messages and still counting

Have received 11 xbox one x identical welcome emails and they are still coming in.

How do I stop them

Did not receive Killer Instinct code yet

I have also not received my code, received the email saying I would get one on 06/11/2013 at 14:36 GMT and a message on XBL saying the same... but as of now I still have received nothing.

I haven't received my Killer Instinct character unlock code yet.

On November 11th I received a message stating I would receive a code for killer instinct and to check my email on 11/22. Today I contacted xbox support and was informed the email should have been sent on 11/20. As of right now I still don't have this
code and would love to play as more than just jago. Can someone please help me?

Are you set up to receive marketing emails from Xbox? You would have had to be set up prior to November 11 to receive the one year message.

@OP.....It wasn't a giveaway or anything like that. Everyone received a message recently letting everyone know to make sure they know the correct email/password for their Microsoft account. The reason being so that people can easily switch over to Xbox
One on 11/22. I got the message as well.

I received my shipping confirmation email on 11/7 and as of right now (11/19) the FedEx tracking number still says not found.
