    my account "dragon365slayer" is tied with my father's account "pilot767" he know has an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, so can I please get some sort of credit for the 11 months left on my "Xbox Live" subscription please?

    You would still have the 11 months of Gold attached to your account. There's not a way to get a credit for that.

    Customer Support's Mistake

    Since Xbox support are the ones who gave you the incorrect information, they would be the ones who would need to give you some sort of compensation. Generally, the only compensation they offer is a free month of Live. They would not be able to award Rewards
    credits at all. There would be no way to receive the rewards credits since the purchases were not eligible.

    Congratulations on receiving the free $5 credit. It's definitely nice to receive these sorts of bonuses from time to time. Perfect time to receive it as well. You can get a bunch of good games at a discount for the current sales in effect.
