Receive an error when I try to replace my controller

I just bought a new controller from the Microsoft website 2 weeks ago, already it is having problems with the left stick having stick drift and the right trigger not responding to being pressed. However, when I go through the process of replacing the controller I type in the code on the controller, explain the problem that im having and then when I get to typing in my address I get a error message saying the server disconnected and I must refresh the page but that just resets me back to the first page? I had a similar issue when trying to buy a design labs controller, i would get to check out and then receive a error message. Anyone have any ideas on how to get around this issue?

Hello ShniffSnow, you have already tried filling out the form by another browser, if you have already tried and appear the same error, the ideal would be to contact support via chat so that they can make the warranty request for you.

But you are trying to request for a replacement on your devices page? Have you added your controller to your Microsoft devices page?

Having the same issue for over a week now trying to get my controller repaired/replaced and when I try to get a call back, I get the something went wrong error when trying to add my phone number.

So frustrating trying to get help from anyone!!

Yes, I Think I Have The Same Problem Mine Were Fine Untill Xbox Sent Me A Replacement Controller 3 Days Ago Now This Has Started Happening With Both My Controllers, Really Annoying.

And When I Try And Update My Controller That Does Not Work Either, Says There Was An Error Or Sumthing :/
