Receipt from Microsoft on things I havn't bought

Hi! I have a particular strange problem, for a few years time now I have received emails about purchases, mainly game related. It is ofcourse not my own purchases, the 4 last digits on the credit card number is not mine. So, there is no scam. I guess someone have added my email by mistake. I have contacted Microsoft support but they couldn't help me., so currently Microsoft is spamming me How should I go about it?

I do have an Microsoft account, I am actually using the same email to login to Microsoft online but in the purchase history I can't see any of the purchases that Microsoft have sent to the same email address.

Just to confirm, do you have a Xbox/Microsoft account of any kind? It sounds like you don't? If you have tried Microsoft Support, could you try Xbox Support? aka.ms/contactxboxsupport

The same thing has just happened to me, bought 4600 fifa points, money has been taken from my bank - but I havent received the email "order receipt" I then tried to buy 100 fifa points afterwards to see if the 4,600 would come through with the 100. They didnt, and I got an order receipt for the 100 points.

I'd quite like my money back, but how would I do this without the Microsoft receipt?

Am gonna attempt to take it to my local microsoft store. I bought it online from the microsoft store. Think I should try and print my receipt from there?

if he bought it from the Xbox or Microsoft store he would have got an email receipt
