First, I would suggest going to your Microsoft Order History / Get more info about refunds
to check on the status of the refund.

Next, I would recommend contacting your bank to confirm if the money was returned to you account.

(You can also reply to the email that you received informing you that the refund was approved)

Gracias por responderme,pero ya llene ese formulario y la respuesta fue que no me lo daban porque ya yo había recibido un reembolso anteriormente y no es así, a mi nunca me han dado un reembolso,, no se si habrá otra manera de pedir ese reembolso?

No, probablemente se refiera al reembolso de manera de envio del control ( en caso de que hayas pagado el envio ), pero no creo que se te otorgue un reembolso.

Intenta contactar con soporte tecnico, aun asi.
