    Rebate Question?


    I've been a 5 Star VIP with a gold subscription over the entire duration of my Xbox experience. I'm just confused about the rebate because since December of last year, I have no received any payment from my rebate % back. For example; as of this current
    day I own: Halo Wars 2 Deluxe Edition and Mass Effect Andromeda Deluxe Edition which both are 130$ and 85$ respectively in Canada. The 10% rebate should return about around 20$ of that. Which still hasn't happened. How long or what is going on? Because I feel
    cheated that nothing is tracked via xboxlive reward site.

    Rebate Application.

    The Ballad of Gay Tony is listed as an add-on, not a full game. So it is listed correctly as add-ons can only be played with the game they are made for. As it says in the marketplace, there are no refunds.

    Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP, as stated in our FAQ:

    What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

    Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles
    (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar items.
    In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

    Since your purchases have been overwhelmingly consumables or pre-orders, they have not generated MyVIP payback. Your only non-consumable/pre-order purchase in January did not generate payback because it was less than 10.60 CAD. From our FAQ:

    How does MyVIP work?

    For every $10.60 you spend during the month on eligible items in the Xbox Store, you'll earn Reward Credits based on your current MyVIP Star Rank. Any outstanding funds will be rolled over into the next calendar month (i.e. if you spent $92.22 in July, you
    would earn xx% of $84.80, with the existing $7.42 rolling over into August's balance).
