Rebate on games purchased not added

I purchased several games on Xbox One which increased my vip star % but it did not give me any rebate even though my rank is 1 star and i am gold member so it should rebate me 2% like it used to do on previous purchases but it's not showing up as pending
rewards. I believe it's more than 96 hours since i purchased some games but nothing is shown in pending. Any idea what's happening?

Not seeing VIP reward points added.

I have been spending money on the Xbox store, e.g purchased Forza Horizon 3, and a few other titles over the month. Nothing has been added on my account for October, only September. My VIP rank is increasing but not rebate is being added to account, is anyone
able to assist?

Also is there a way to add purchase from a physical MS Store to rewards program?

Reward points not been deposited

If those are your VIP rebates, they were actually added as pending on October 17. Rebates are just added with the last date of the month they are for. They should be deposited by the end of the month.

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see payback for that month. Since we calculate MyVIP as a monthly total of your spending, we wait a few days after the end of the month to make sure we capture purchases all the way up
to the last day of that month. We then require some additional time to process and dole out everyone's deposits. You should get your payback as pending Credits by the 15th!

Hello Delpoi,

Pre-orders and in-game consumables are not eligible for MyVIP. Your purchase in September of Gears of War went towards the Gears of War offer instead of MyVIP payback. This is why you have not received payback since August.

There are currently no offers to receive credits for purchasing that game. If you are eligible for VIP rebates, it would be included in the rebate you receive in mid-November.

In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time of purchase or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. There have not been any offers that game would be eligible
for recently. If you're eligible for VIP rebates, it would be part of your rebate.
