reards points deposited but not received

went onto my xbox live rewards and noticed 10,600 points got deposited but i never received any of these little help

If the Rewards site shows they've been deposited, then they would have already been added to your account balance. You would need to try checking your account at
Sign in to your Microsoft account to confirm the deposit or contact support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

Deposited but not yet received

I have $10 in rewards credits that have been deposited but not transferred over to my account balance and it has been a few months, could I please get assistance soon before the overwatch discount goes away.

You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account),
where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. You already spent your deposit in May on a purchase of Grand Theft Auto in July.

I received (pending deposit anyway) 30k points only after signing in on the xbox.

The deposit date on the site changes 3 days before the deposit takes place because it is no longer possible to request a deposit for that date. There will still be a deposit on the 29th. So if you requested a deposit for that date, you should still receive
a deposit on that date.

I also just recently redeemed 24000 points for a 12 month membership and received a 5x5 code that was on the 13th december.

I had read that they were doing direct deposit months ago but presumed they scrapped it after i received a code instead of direct deposit.

But that's the problem... Nothing was ever deposited... I havent received a single Microsoft point, or cent, from the rewards program!
