    Realms trouble


    i have an realm account on my mincraft (still paying for it). I cant join the game on realm becauce it want me to have an authenticiation. Im automatic logg in with same account as 2 days ago, and my wife can join my realm. Maybe im blind but cant find answers or trobuleshooting about MY problem. So, how can I fix this?

    If you're having trouble accepting invites or joining Realms, be sure that you are not using a modded game client, and are not using a resource pack that does not contain textures for the Realm buttons. If you are, switch to the standard Minecraft
    game client, click Options, click Resource Packs, then return to the default.

    Firstly, I would like to confirm if you are trying to purchase the realm on a console or on a mobile device? This information will help me provide you with the correct steps to resolve the issue.



    If you are trying to purchase the realm on a console, you can try the following steps:



    1. Sign out of the old account on your console.

    2. Sign in to the new account that you want to use to purchase the realm.

    3. Launch Minecraft and try to purchase the realm again.



    If you are trying to purchase the realm on a mobile device, you can try the following steps:



    1. Sign out of the old account on your mobile device.

    2. Sign in to the new account that you want to use to purchase the realm.

    3. Launch Minecraft and try to purchase the realm again.



    If the above steps do not work, you can try clearing the cache and data of the Minecraft app on your device. Here are the steps to do so:
