Realms sub not showing on pc but it is on xbox

Sorry to hear about that, however, have you tried signing out and signing in again on the Minecraft launcher perhaps? If yes, try to reinstall the Minecraft launcher again from your Xbox app, let me know.

Same here, simply can't buy a realms sub on PC. Doesn't even show me the price per month, it's blank. Yet I can get a free trial of java realms on the actual website.

PS5 can't purchase realms from the store either! Something is broken and no one at Mojang/Minecraft is doing anything to address it.

i even format my pc, and still giving the same error, it asks for renew sub, last month i had to paid 2 times to get 1 realm...

Realms Plus is now the only sub option for Minecraft going forward. Here is the info: https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/article/realms-plus-here

I had another look at the minecraft.net website, again it says that the realm is active, yet shows no option to cancel it. It does show that I had a previous realm from years ago on java edition, so it's likely an issue with the realm I'm currently trying to cancel itself.

I haven't recieved any emails about the realm being renewed from microsoft.

I realised just recently I actually have been attempting to do this all from a different pc from which I purchased the realm on, only to check that device and find that there was still no option to cancel the realm from.
