    Realm expired while still charging me money and won’t renew


    My Minecraft realm says it’s expired even though I was charged 13 days ago and have it as auto-renewal. My realm has been running for years and never “expired” until now. On the Microsoft website it says I still have reoccurring payments. In game I clicked the renew button and it just made me buy a new realm, not restarting my old one

    Double charged for Minecraft realm

    Hi

    I have exactly the same issue, and it has happened twice to me now. The Realm says it has expired even though the recurring billing function charged me on the renewal date, then a few days later the realm says expired, and so I click renew and it charges me for a new realm as well. I am currently being charged for 3 realms when I actually only have 1!!!

    Can someone please help.

    Realms do not automatically renew (I know from forgetting to renew mine twice). If you just let it expire you won't be charged.

    Renewed realm subscription shows up as expired

    I have confirmed the purchase, it is my realm that I have renewed, then days later it expires. I was playing on it perfectly fine. It says that is was renewed August 27th, and my next payment is on the 28th of September, but it is still expired.

    Sorry to hear your Realm is still showing as expired. Can you please try to go in here and check if your Realm is listed as active under your subscriptions? https://account.microsoft.com/services

    When you go to Minecraft > Settings > Subscriptions > My subscriptions. The only Realm listed in here is the expired Realm that you renewed? Or is there a new Realm? Because sometimes when you renew a Realm server, instead of it renewing that Realm, it creates a new one so I want to check if that is what happened in your case.
