Realm consistently on auto pay but shows as expired in game. (PS5)

Based on the description you posted, it seems that you have an issue with Windows wherein you have already sent help tickets to Minecraft help support website but you are still not getting any answers about your current concern on how you can play your realm game without renewing as you have encountered an error that the game has already expired.



We very much appreciate the time it took for you to share your current issue with us. However this type of problem can be difficult for us as we do not own any tools that can trace your account and fix this to fix this problem.

It is already a problem on your Minecraft. And there are a number of users who has claimed to encounter the same issue as you have right now.

I have one that shows expired as well. Is there somewhere that I can turn on the auto-renew? I can see the Realms subscription in the playstation.com account, but it shows expired as of 12/4/21. Where can I re-activate it?

It's not a Realm nor a server like the prison.

She just created the game on her PS5 and invited me. But she doesn't pay for a Realm.

Also, if we create a new game I will be able to join. But this one I can't anymore

Thanks for that information. As per your first screenshot, your Minecraft Realms next billing will be on Feb 23, 2023 while your Game Pass Ultimate will be on May 14, 2023. However, on your 2nd and 3rd screenshot, your Game Pass Ultimate has already expired on Nov 14, 2022 while your Minecraft realms expired on Jan 3, 2023.

Kindly make sure that you are signed in to the correct account with your active subscriptions and try turning off their auto-renewal online by following the steps above.
