    I've been kicked out multiple times now trying to contact your tech support. They didn't even let me stat my problem. So I'll say it here. Xbox needs to fix the ban system. I have a friend with cerebral palsy, when people harass him. We try to ban them,
    nothing happens. We can see them next round or day and they'll still harass my friend. Me however. I message someone who keeps spawning on me and killing me on bf4. I'm the one who gets the ban.... come on xbox fix the system and tell employees to wait on

    I have called support... how do you think i know that there is no record of it... when i use my account on my xbox to purchase something i would expect it to make it to their database almost instantly... especially if the funds have already come out of my

    If they have no record of the purchase then contact your banking institution and get your $10 back. Never heard of something like this occurring. I've seen charges "pending" and then returned to you if a purchase fails. Never have I seen a purchase just
    disappear as that's not really possible when a purchase is made there is a transaction number immediately associated with it.
