Really need to speak to someone is the live chat available???

thankyou for reply but what i dont understand we used to always use xbox live vouchers to pay for xbox live its just this last few month its been doing this i think its absolutley stupid we cant pay with whats in our account,we are waiting for
new bank cardso bought xbox live voucher.so now we still no further forward £10 in credit in his account but no xbox live & cant get it till bank card comes 😡 sorry to be going on lol its a joke

you cannot use your balance to pay for live, live is a service that can renew hence you need a payment option attached or a pre paid subscription code.

You can pay for Gold with your Microsoft account balance, but since it starts a recurring subscription, you do need enough funds in your account or another payment method on file in order to pay for the next subscription, even if you plan to turn off
auto-renewal. The only time you can't pay with a Microsoft account balance is if you are paying off an overdue balance.

Hello, you need to call and speak with customer support. It will be a long waiting line to do so just a heads up. If not there then you need to do a live online chat with customer support. Either way you need to speak with someone on this matter.

You may need to adjust the category/topic to speak with someone from support. Try ‘I don’t recognise a charge’ under ‘Subscriptions & billing’, then select live chat (or if you prefer, wait until the option to request a call back is available). They can always transfer you to right team.

If you still can’t get through, just say ‘Talk to Agent’ to the virtual assistant as this should initiate a live chat.
