I just bought destiny and just when I thought I had seen it all, all the sudden I cant play the game due to the game not accepting my 500gb external hard disk (brand:Seagate) but asking for a xbox360 hard disk. So do they really force me to buy a hard disk
from microsoft? If so is there away to get my money back after opening the case of the game, cause I wont go allong with these kind of practices and most certainly not buying a hard disk that is way over priced

Is it possible for me to order a replacement main board and disk drive for an xbox one s directly from microsoft? Im not going to buy a new console but figured if i can get this one working that would be great.

Yep MS is so focused on stopping people from ripping them off that they affect all their honest customers. It really annoys me that I have no choice but to download the disk onto the hard drive but I cannot play the game just from the hard drive, the disk
has to be in the console to play it. I should not be forced to download, it should be my option as to wether I want to play it from the disk or the HDD

To answer your question though as far as I am aware you can only have one account always logged in.

it starts the disk to make sure you have the game. then after that it will play off the hard drive.

if microsoft let you play games from the hard drive without having the disk then everyone would borrow or rent games just to istall them without buying them lol.

That would be the fifth one. The fourth one, mind you, was bought in 2011, and I think I have played on it 50-60 hours. (You have reached something remarkable, Microsoft : make people afraid of using your console, because they are sure that it will again
scratch their disks, wipe out the hard drive...)
