    Players was talking trash to me so i did the same i know my bad but i get reported 7mins later and they don't. i think they was hacking by having more health than normal. And i have the right to say stuff back. And they was the first to talk trash but i
    get banned but they don't really Microsoft. If they did not like the words why did they not block me. Now thx to Microsoft i can't talk or message my friends now thx a lot.

    I am not able to play since no puzzles are loading. I have followed the forum suggestions and reset and rebooted or terminated and rebooted before reloading the Microsoft Jigsaw app.

    I had the same problem running xbox games including jigsaw puzzles on windows. The sign in
    problem had been ongoing for about a week. At
    10:30pm ET this evening a BIOS update was pushed to my PC. Once the update was completed, xbox game
    returned to working completely correctly. If you receive a bios update, complete the steps. Good luck.
