    Really long support times


    Okay, so I've had an issue and been trying to fix it for almost 3 hours now. I have waited to talk to a specialist via the live chat for the whole time and its not changed position or anything. Still says im in line for chat, that im in position 3 but
    when I check on my phone it said 16, then I checked again and it said 13 so it's going down on my phone but not on the desktop? Did it get disconnected for me?

    well im not trying to talk to them on the phone, im trying to reach them via live chat. I was in line before the outage. Im just wondering if it actually disconnected me, or someone's issue is actually taking over 3 hours to solve.

    They're just a lot of people on the phone, dear sir. It is an outage. Teams are working hard. Here is a status of the live page where you can click notify me to get a message when everything is ok. Link.
