Really bad texture pop in on all games

check you t.v settings could be something with the t.v itself not the xbox

gpu issues are usually ventilation issues, if it's properly ventilated - i would send it in for servuce.

It's hard to say anything without seeing a video, but yeah, you could have. So does the problem still exists with full HD video settings?

It doesnt seem to be an overheating problem. I keep it in a pretty open area away from heat sources. I have never heard a fan go on though now that I think of it. Could I have a faulty GPU maybe?

When you say total wipe did you do a factory reset?
