    So I went to Xbox support website and selected call option so that they would call me- got a call in a few seconds as stated but the help I received was incredibly underwhelming and didn’t progress my issue at all. The number is 1 [Mod Removed] Bellevue, WA. Upon feeling weird, I looked it up and saw that there were other people that felt the same. Was this a true number or what? I shared no personal information with them besides my console’s S/N. Thanks in advance.

    If you used the support site and requested a call then that was truly support. They would never ask for any passwords or anything, which it sounds like they did not.

    You'll need to make the purchase on a console that does have the beta dashboard,for example,your friend's console.Alternatively you can wait for the dashboard to be rolled out to everyone before making any purchases.

    I'm having the same issue. It randomly fixes itself and just as quickly jacks up again.
