    REAL HUMAN SUPPORT WITHOUT SIGNING IN!


    My son's Xbox account was hacked over a year ago. My debit card was on file for that. He has been on the phone with you, I have been on the phone with you. I have no idea how I was ever able to call you because I can not find a phone number that will let me talk to a live person at all now! When I try to call the number back to try a different option it remembers the last one and tells me to go online then hangs up on me. I CAN NOT LOG IN!!! Every dang option online wants a log-in. This is extremely frustrating and absolutely ridiculous. You have been taking money out of my bank account for over a year and I can not even talk to anyone about it. I could call my bank and block you but I think I deserve at least some of that money back. It should not be this difficult to speak with a live support agent.
