Ready to Install Issues

I've been having some trouble with the Ready to Install section on a few games when it comes to re-downloading previously purchased or redeemed content. After uninstalling some content, it does not reappear in the Ready to install section (of it's game)
and I have to go back to the Store, track it down, and re-download it from there. I've come across a couple, one in particular was a sword DLC for Assassin's Creed: Unity, that showed a prompt as though I have never owned the content, even though I have. This
isn't too problematic for free content; however, what appears to be the main issue I'm having is re-downloading content that doesn't show up in the Ready to Install section and isn't listed in the Store, an example of this is the "Beta Tank" DLC for World
of Tanks which was redeemed via a code sent as a Message, so it is impossible to find on the Store and since it won't appear in the Ready to Install section, it is now impossible to re-download. I was having some issues similar to this earlier this week, some
Dragon Age: Inquisition paid DLC weren't recognizing that I had purchased it upon re-download, but they worked themselves out after the issues with Xbox Live were corrected, so I'm not sure if some of these issues are persisting or if this is something different.

Just thought I'd throw this out there and see if anyone is having similar issues or if there is a solution.

Ready to Install

My Xbox One can't find any games on the Ready to Install screen. I know there should be games on it because I just downloaded Spelunky on my 360. The screen comes up saying "We couldn't get them just now".

 

Just a little update from some more exploring around with the issue. The LT+RT+X trick doesn't appear to correct the issue and I'm finding that most of content that isn't appearing is related to Season Passes or bundles; however, there are some DLC's that
are unique releases that are also randomly not appearing. I also dug around some more and discovered that the "Beta Tank" DLC I was referring to may have been included in a launch weekend bundle for World of Tanks that has since been delisted, which might
explain why that one in particular won't reappear. I'll keep playing around with the Ready to Install section and update things here if I find anything.

In My Games & Apps, the Ready to Install section only lists full games; to find DLC you'll need to highlight the game in question, hit Menu then Manage Game to see its DLC.

Is this already what you're doing? I just want to clarify this additional step. If that's not what you're doing, try that and see if you can find the DLC.

There's no issue with the Ready to Install section in the My games and apps section, the issue pertains to viewing that section under the actual games themselves by highlighting the game and pressing the Menu button. In some instances the option to view
more DLC in the Store doesn't appear and sometimes it does. The Ready to Install section for the game's DLC seems to miss some purchased content. Sometimes if I let the screen sit there for a few minutes it reappears or disappears. I normally haven't experienced
this issue until this week. I'll have to check again today to see if it sorted itself out but this was the issue I was experiencing over the past few days.

 

Suddenly disappearing I've not heard of, but I do know that those sections *can* be (very) slow to populate, so it's worth letting the screen sit for a couple or few minutes and see if the content appears, if that helps.

I checked yesterday and more content was starting to appear so it appears to be working much better. Also following this link:
account.xbox.com/.../MyGames shows exactly what content I own, which makes it easier to determine what exactly is missing from my installs. Everything seems to have sorted itself out with
this particular issue, except the "Beta Tank" DLC for World of Tanks which I believe was delisted. Following the link from the My Games section on Xbox.com leads to this page:

store.xbox.com/.../22fce457-1675-4cc3-9355-380d51544afa which is a "Page Not found" section, suggesting that it has been taken down which would make sense since it was a promotional bundle; however, it also makes it impossible to re-download the DLC for
the game that came with the bundle. Besides this, I'm also getting some DLC for Forza Horizon 2 Presents Fast & Furious that downloads but doesn't install under the actual game, here is one of them: https://store.xbox.com/en-US/Xbox-O...nus-Pack/e13ff0d1-2a8d-4424-a33b-ebb933b7fff2 (also
a "Page Not found" DLC).

 

The Porsche Bonus Pack is for Forza Horizon 2 (main game) - it showing up under Fast & Furious is an error and I'm not sure why it does it but I had the same thing happen to me. Other DLC packs for the main game also get double listed under Fast & Furious.

As for everything else, it sounds like it's all right now? Are there any lingering issues with which you need help?
