Ready to Install - is there a maximum that can be shown?

ok, make sure you are logged into the account that redeemed the code, and goto games and apps, in the games section the games that you have installed will be shown and to the far right should be a ready to install section. FIFA 15 should be listed there,
the ready to install section can take a bit of time to show, so be patient. If the game is listed you can select it and start the download.

So these are not games you yourself purchased? They were shown as Ready to Install when you first set it up?

Okay, in that case it sounds like this console was still marked as someone else's Home console, meaning that their purchased games could be downloaded onto the machine - ie, they were ready to install. However, either you resetting the console or them changing
their Home console revoked this and the console is no longer the Home of the other person's profile, meaning the games are no longer ready to install. Which is how it should be; in this scenario, they should never have been shown as ready to install.

Usually when it says that its usually because you already have the Maximum friends And Yes Try What He Told You To Do If You Have A Windows Phone You Can Do It From Their Because It Comes With Xbox All ready installed in it

However, your friend has to install the games, as they (usually) aren't shown under ready to install. After they are installed, Home Console sharing works normally.
