    When is it ready to play?

    You guys know how with Xbox One, when it gets to a certain percentage and it allows you to play the game? Does anyone know what percent you have to have downloaded before you start playing?

    I think it varies from game to game, probably depending on memory size. I'm sure when I started downloading Hardline I started playing after about 30% but after the first level it stopped and put me on a waiting screen.

    i uninstalled gears of war from game pass on my pc and the storage that it took up is still there.

    Have you already checked your WindowsApps folder and XboxGames folder?

    Please also review your recycle bin. If possible, clear the bin.

    from what i have bin hearing the issiue could be the email you have on your account, if your windows live ID has bin bin verifyed i can pop up whith this error, also make sure the name on your account and the name on the CC match, becuse it dose make refrince
