Reading Storage Device = Slow and won't load

Same here...Madden won't load, Disney Infinity son't load...gets stuck on the screen "reading storage device." sucks to spend all this money and this happen to the games

If the console can read the memory stick try moving them to a different storage device and see if it will read them then.

If the console can't read the stick or the game won't load the worlds after moving then I'm afraid there's nothing that can be done about it. Sorry about the bad news.

update: after about 20 minutes it loaded. I think it was because I had deleted a lot from the deletion suggestions window and it was updating. problem solved anyway.

You can remove it via the powershell (otherwise known as the command prompt), but there is little point as it will likely be reactivated again after a a windows update.

The app itself takes up hardly any space, nor will it slow slow down your device. If you're running low on storage, it won't be because of the Xbox App.

What Windows 10 device do you own?

Have you tried going to settings then under devices and streaming, clicked blu ray then cleared persistent storage? Are you getting an error message when the discs won't read?
