    IF you purchased a Digital Copy, through the Microsoft Store on your Xbox or PC, follow this link to request a refund.

    There are hundreds, if not thousands of people requesting a refund so be patient.

    New Support Request

    Fill out the form, requesting a refund for your DIGITAL purchase, BE POLITE, and if you filled everything out including your email address, you will receive a notification and a Service Number.

    MICROSOFT will get to your request in a day or two.

    BE. PATIENT.

    It will work.

    IF YOU WERE DENIED A REFUND PRIOR TO 12/18/20... REPLY TO YOUR DENIAL EMAIL TO REOPEN YOUR REQUEST.

    Hello there @Justice Pie, I hope everything is going well!

    Thank you for reaching Microsoft Xbox Forum support. To request a refund on the game, please access http://xbox.com/refunds and sign in with the account and then select "Request
    a refund for a digital purchase" after that, manually check the orders for purchase and Choose the reason the most suitable for your request.

    The refund department takes up to 72 hours to respond and the money takes three to 5 business days to go back to the account.

    The problem is that the game is full of bugs and glitches on Xb1 but MS is treating it like any other game !

    Means if you have played the game to long you don't get a refund !

    And for real that's a scandal !

    PS: I have the disc version and Gamestop didn't take it back either if it's opened !

    If you buy the digital version of Cyberpunk 2077 I do believe you get it on both One and Series X, if that's what your wondering :)
