    Heyo all! To ensure everyone is getting the latest info on the Groove and Movies & TV apps as they are updated, we are consolidating our presence in the forums. Going forward, we’d like everyone to join us in the Microsoft
    Community forum category dedicated to these apps    . The site is platform-agnostic so please feel free to post questions or comments about the apps on any platform there.

    This forum will be changing to be only Apps on Xbox 360 with the new year (on January 1st, 2016). However, you're all set to join the Microsoft Community forum in the link above today!

    What do you mean everything should work fine? My question was, will Groove Music and Movies & TV be moved to new Microsoft account as well, or they'll stay on old Microsoft account?

    Since a review of our FAQ after the new year, our entry has read as the following:

    What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

    Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
    items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.



    Previously, it read:

    Where did you sign up for the Groove Music promotion? If it was on your Xbox One console through the dashboard ad, please be sure to post back here to let us know.

    If you signed up through Groove Music's website, or through the Windows Store on Windows 10, you should have received your code within 30 days in your Microsoft Account's email inbox. If you did not see a code come in within that
    time, you will want to reach out to Microsoft Support or make a post on the
    Microsoft Groove forums. We are only able to assist with promotions that are ran through the Xbox One dashboard.
