We see that you did not reach MyVIP Star 4, and therefore stayed at VIP Star 3. The 4th star required £900. Since your total eligible spending was beneath this amount, you did not rank up before the re-calibration. Your 97% was the amount you were at after
your Dead Rising 4 purchase.

As mentioned in our sticky on the forums, we will not be re-calibrating MyVIP ranks this year, so you will not lose your current progress. However, if you are still interested in knowing your total MyVIP spending this year, with your purchases on the 25th
you are currently at 94% progress towards your next rank. The minimum spend threshold is the minimum amount you must spend in a year to reach that rank. Therefore, you must spend 600 GBP to reach your third star and 900 GBP to reach four star MyVIP. Note that
the threshold listed is the amount required to reach each rank, so yes, if you spend 600 GBP to reach rank 3, you would only have to spend 300 GBP more to reach rank 4, since the minimum requirement for that rank is 900 GBP.
