    Sorry to hear it. Please give phone support a call. So long as you can answer some account specific questions they'll be able to give you the email of the account. From there you'll be able to change the password to reaccess it.

    Error to download a game already bought

    Had you deleted the game before you tried downloading it again? If not, follow your steps listed above but delete the game first.

    You can reaccess the free download from your download history which can be accessed on the dashboard by going to Settings>Accounts>Download History.

    my live account was frozen

    i cant access my account since i changed my email and it sent a verifcation to the previous one so i have to wait till the 12/17/13 so i can reaccess it

    i use a credit card by the way i dont know if it changes anything...

    i'm stuck and its so frustrating.. i paid and now i paid for nothing...

    why did it stop after a month in the payment?

    I followed all the steps listed and game will still not work. I have also how lost 18 months of saved files.

    Can I get some help here on both how to fix my original issue and how I can reaccess my saved files?

    Fan runs full speed.

    Clear your hard drive of your gamertag and DLC. Be sure to format a usb stick on the pc and then configure it to the xbox so you can move your game saves to it first.

    After you get the new console you'll be able to reaccess your DLC from your download history. You can access the download history on the console by going to System>Accounts>Download History.
