Unfortunately, we can't help directly from here but there are 2 ways you can get in touch with the folks who can help:

Check out the promo's FAQ and fill out the form at the bottom of the page.

Select "Where's my gift card?" from the dropdown.

Send an email direct to L: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***.

Regardless of which option you choose, please include as much info as you can!

Lol no I don't think this will be taken care of. It has been a month now and nothing for me either. I am suppose to receive 3 $5 Xbox Live Cards and have seen nothing.

Well. It is nearing the end of the day here. And still no update so far. Based on when I believe I received the conformation email that I submitted my receipts, It has surpassed 4 days.
