I have as of some days ago uploaded 2 receipts with the intention of earning some possible credit. I have yet to receive any information about the status of this. I spoke with an Xbox live rep which redirected me to this forum. He said that someone may be
able to further answer my questions.

Need help with the $5 Xbox gift card promotion

Am I able to use a receipt from the Microsoft Store online to qualify for the $5 promotional offer? I made a purchase of a 12 month Xbox Live subscription via the Microsoft Store online on March 1. About a month ago, I submitted the receipt from my email
to the promotion. However, I still have not received any confirmation.

When the promotion was going on If you took a picture of a receipt of the Xbox cards that You would get 5$ back for each one that you redeemed. I redeemed three and never got anything. I still have the receipt and the three Microsoft Xbox 25$ dollars
cards. Any help or suggestions?

 

I'm here also seeking info on a $5 promo code not received. The two common negating issues seem to be that Canadians aren't eligible and the "unique code" given during the process of uploading a receipt picture is not written on the receipt. If you live
in US and you added the unique code to your receipt before you photographed it, we are in the same boat.

Have you double checked it's been at least 4 day since you uploaded the receipts as it states in the

Official Rules?

 

I failed to realize it had only been three, although it is 4 as of today now. I guess I will see what happens today.

 

Well. It is nearing the end of the day here. And still no update so far. Based on when I believe I received the conformation email that I submitted my receipts, It has surpassed 4 days.

 

Day 5. Nothing. Just an email that if i buy call of duty I can get rewards.

I am sorry to hear that you have not received your promo credit. In the official rules it does say you will receive your promo code in approximately 4 days after the receipt has been loaded, but I would recommend giving it a few more days to see if you receive

I have also not received multiple codes from receipts I have uploaded and its been about a week now.

 

We're trying to track down some info on this promotion. Please make sure that when you uploaded your receipts, you included the special code (provided by the website, not the redeemable code) written on the receipts.

 

I have copies of the photos that I uploaded. I followed through with the instructions as it called for.
