RE Village no voice sound

I downloaded the game today on my series x, but I don't hear Ethans voice.

I checked on youtube and it seems like the first recap video and the first animated video have someone speaking.

The game does provide sound, like the music and everything, just not the people.

Also right after the animated video in the beginning the woman is talking and I can hear her, but I can't hear Ethan.

I tried to change the HDMI cable and port but doesn't feel like it's an issue there since I can hear the music and every other game works perfectly.

Also I checked and it seems I'm running version 1.0.1.0 so I assume it's the latest one

Anyone knows how to fix it?

I would recommend trying a quick power cycle for your console. If the issue persists and that is the only game with this problem, you might want to uninstall the game and reinstall it back again.

I like the sound of NPC and villages on the xbox. Think that will happen

RE village was only released to steam, looks like it will never be available on the windows store so therefore not available to xbox app on windows either.
