    Re-sign screen is bugged


    When I get signed out while watching Netflix (due to a random disconnection) it presents a gray screen with the options of "Sign back in" and "Exit Netflix"."Exit" works as expected. "Sign back in" brings up sign-in options just like through the Xbox Guide,
    but remains on the gray screen afterward.

    NFL SUNDAY TICKET APP

    I believe you download the NFL App and sign in to your DirecTV Sunday Ticket account via settings. Unfortunately, the sign-in screen seems bugged and I can't enter my info at the moment.

    I actually signed in a few hours ago, but the NFL App forgot that, apparently.

    I keep getting this reoccuring sign in screen and when I deleted my profile and tried re-downloading it still is giving me errors and won't let me sign in, WTF microsoft!!!!!!

    A REAL beta tester is a person who sits behind a screen with a list of bugs and a list actions one has to perform to re-create said bugs. The real thing can be a very monotonous job.

    Re-downloaded and re-installed at least 4 times already. I just get immediate black screen and then crash. I don't even get to the sign page anymore.

    Hmm, interesting. Let's also try re-downloading your profile through the sign-in screen. Any help there?

    Your account isn't going to get locked, it's simply a bug, if a person did not help you, simply just reach a different person in support and rate the previous person low. Most of the support 90% of the time they're friendly and explain and help very well.
    If it's a bug simply just delete your user from the console and re sign in. It's a bug a small amount of players have encountered. ☺️
