    This has been opened for two months and nothing has been updated on it at all. Can someone do something about this, like an escalation or notify the developer? You have customers who have paid their hard-earned money to play this game and access all of this
    content yet you refuse to allow them to enjoy what they have paid for. I've contacted multiple times about this and the end answer is a canned response of "The appropriate team is working on it." Clearly they aren't.

    Is there anyone that can get this escalated to be patched quickly?

    Will Season Pass come back to bite us?

    I am about to purchase the season pass when an interesting question pops into my mind.



    Since with the Season pass you have to download all the content in the game store through the game. It doesn't register as a Download in your History right? Meaning... If you have to change Xbox's in the future or move over all your content and use the
    licensing tool to re-license all your content to work offline on the new console... you will be unable to re-license all the characters from this pack no? Because all that is going to show on your Download History is the "Season Pass" Not the characters individually.
    So this might be a issue?

    Of course if doing it through the store actually asks you to download it and puts it in your "Download History" then all this is moot. So can someone with the season pass who has already downloaded Skarlette check their history and confirm? Does she show
    up? Or is it only "Season Pass" that showed up?

    Thanks for the update! Everything is working fine for me now :) I downloaded my Survival Packs and the Season Pass shows up as already owned when I view it in the store. Glad this was fixed before the Banned Footage DLC is released :D
    No worries at all! Please let me know if you run into issues with accessing that stuff once it's released. :)

    Can't Download Genesis 2 DLC for Ark: Survival Evolved

    Hello LKELLY96,

    Thank you for contacting the Xbox support forums. Ark Genesis Part 2 is part of the Genesis season pass that you can purchase separately with Ark: Survival Evolved. At this time, the Ark: Survival Evolved Explorer's Edition which includes; the Survival Evolved Season Pass, Extinction, Aberration, Scorched Earth, and Survival Evolved Aberrant Skins is the current edition that is available on Game Pass.

    Ark: Genesis Part 2 is part of the second expansion pack which is not currently available with Game Pass. However, Game Pass members may currently receive a discount on the ARK: Genesis Season Pass which would include Ark: Genesis Part 2.

    season pass    .

    Does DLC from 360 (not season pass) transfer to xboxone?

    Anything purchased outside of the Season Pass's map packs has to be re-purchased. This is another reason not to like MS.

    I'll say it again Ice Storm III.... If you have problems, with the Season Pass content corrupting..... You should download the Season Pass Again for free & it will fix activation problems, with Season Pass Content.....

    You keep on saying the same things, that I've said previously & make out you thought of it, to cause an argument...
