    If you received a ban in game is necessary to wait for the response of the game developers regarding the options you have to get unbanned as they are the only ones that can help you on in game bans

    If you already received an answer, and it's not the one you expected, you could try to submit a second ticket explaining the situation in a different way, but finally only in game support will be able to help you

    Microsoft have no say towards in-game bans from forza, and as you are banned by the devs then it is up to them, Microsoft cannot intervene.

    As I mentioned before, they are in charge of in game support as they are the developers, if they keep giving you the same information must be because there's no other option in regards to the ban you have received

    If im banned from playing online on fh4 will i still be banned from online on fh5
    All depends how long you were banned for I guess and why you were banned. My understanding is that Forza bans continue into future games but I could be wrong
